What is Try Before You Buy?

Our Try Before You Buy program lets you try select products for 21 days before you commit to paying for them.

You can choose to:

Make a one-time trial purchase, or
Enroll in our Subscribe & Save autoship program, which delivers your selected items on a recurring schedule you choose.

If you sign up through Subscribe & Save, you'll automatically be enrolled in our recurring delivery program. Once your 21-day trial ends, you’ll continue receiving the selected products unless you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, no future shipments will be sent.

How long is the trial period?

Your trial lasts 21 days from the delivery date. If you decide to keep the items and don’t cancel or return them within that time, the full product price (plus any applicable taxes) will be charged shortly after the trial ends.

Are there any fees?

Yes—but only for shipping. Even if you decide to return the items, you’ll still be charged:

Shipping
Applicable taxes on shipping

These small fees help us cover the cost of delivering your order.

Good to know: You won’t be charged for the products themselves unless you decide to keep them past the 21-day trial.

How do I cancel before being charged?

If you decide not to keep your items, simply cancel within the 21-day trial period. Just head over to our Contact Us page, and our team will walk you through the return and cancellation process to make sure you're not charged for the products.
